Fiona Halton, Chief Executive, Pilotlight Group

Fiona Halton is the Chief Executive of Pilotlight.  She has a track record in initiating and running new organisations. She initiated British Film Year which won The British Sales and Marketing Award and for which she was runner up for Veuve Cliquot Business Woman of the Year.  Fiona was part of the team that ran the first day of Comic Relief which raised more than £13 million.
 
As Acting Director of TimeBank she took it to national launch. It is now an established national campaign which, in partnership with the BBC, is inspiring a new generation of volunteers.

Gillian Murray, Deputy Chief Executive, Pilotlight Group

Gillian is responsible for common policies, procedures and innovation across Pilotlight.  She manages communications and leads on development of senior staff.  Gillian has been with Pilotlight since October 2005; her background is in training and international development.

Shantel Irwin, Business Development Manager - Pilotlight Cymru, Pilotlight Group

Shantel is responsible for recruiting new Pilotlighters and partner charities in Wales.  Shantel joined Pilotlight in March 2007, and after two years with the Membership Team in Pilotlight London, she is looking forward to launching Pilotlight Cymru.  Prior to joining Pilotlight, Shantel worked for Microsoft and Newell Rubbermaid in her native Canada.

Tracey Ould, PA to Chief Executive, Pilotlight Group

Tracey is Fiona's PA. Tracey has worked in various organisations prior to joining Pilotlight. Latterly, she spent five years at a charity working in youth education.
