Chris Horne, Director, Pilotlight Scotland

His aim is to establish Pilotlight Scotland as the first point of call for business leaders wishing to engage with charities in a meaningful and highly managed way. Previously, he was senior managing consultant at Edinburgh-based Head Resourcing. He has 14 years' experience in the private sector and is a regular speaker at St Andrews University. |
Graeme Powrie, New Business & Development Manager, Pilotlight Scotland
Graeme is responsible for the recruitment and retention of business members, as well as developing and implementing communication and event strategy. He brings a wealth of customer service, sales and business development experience. Most recently, Graeme was Area Director of Sales and Origination at Bank of Scotland Commercial, based in Edinburgh.
Jason Dawes, New Business & Development Manager (Maternity Cover), Pilotlight Scotland
Jason is responsible for the recruitment and retention of business members, as well as developing and implementing communication and event strategy. Jason previously worked at Head Resourcing, where he was a Consultant in the Sales recruitment team. Jason is covering for Fiona Ramsay, who is now on maternity leave.
Fiona Ramsay, Membership Manager (Maternity Leave), Pilotlight Scotland

Before joining Pilotlight Scotland, she was a freelance communications consultant for a number of small charities and previously held buying, marketing and project management roles with Safeway, The Body Shop, Borders and WHSmith. |
Michelle Davitt, Project Manager (Maternity Leave), Pilotlight Scotland
Michelle is responsible for managing the relationships between Pilotlighters and charities. She facilitates the whole process from beginning to end. Michelle has over 6 years' experience of working in the voluntary sector in Scotland, including managing a small charity.
Dehra Sweet, Project Manager, Pilotlight Scotland
![]() | Before joining Pilotlight, Dehra spent 3 years working in events and corporate fundraising for two Scottish charities. Prior to that she spent 4 years as a learning & development co-ordinator for a leading global retail firm, giving her significant experience of facilitating leadership and development courses. Dehra now project manages a number of charities and the associated Pilotlight teams. |
Allan Farmer, Project Manager, Pilotlight Scotland
Allan joined Pilotlight in April 2009 and is responsible for managing a range of charity and Pilotlighter relationships. With over five years of employment in the voluntary sector, his past work has involved project management, the establishment and management of an innovative social enterprise and business acquisition. Allan also has experience as both a volunteer and a Board member for a children's charity.
Ann Jamieson, Administrator, Pilotlight Scotland
