	Graham Clempson Graham Clempson is European Managing Partner of MidOcean Partners a transatlantic Private Equity firm.
	Jane French Jane is a managing director of Citigroup. She is currently Head of Strategy and Product Development for International Investments, a division of Citigroup’s Wealth Management Business. Over a 20 year career at Citigroup, Jane has held a wide variety of roles with strong foundations in the Capital Markets and Derivatives businesses in London and New York.
	Geeta Gopalan Geeta has worked in Banking for 20 years, with Citigroup initially and latterly with HBOS Plc, across Corporate, Commercial and Retail banking. She is currently a Senior Adviser with Alvarez & Marsal, a global restructuring consulting firm. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Monitise Plc, a global mobile infrastructure company.
	Finn Green Finn has worked in Investment Banking and Private Equity for many years, specialising in financial restructuring and strategic change management.
	Philip Martin After leaving university with an actuarial degree, Philip worked for both life companies and asset managers before joining the management team that established an offshore life company in 1999. Leaving in 1999, he set up a specialist strategic and marketing consultancy, the abacus, with his business partner David Ferguson. The business worked on a variety of projects for over 60 life companies, asset managers and other industry bodies as well as developed plans for the business that emerged as Nucleus Financial in 2006. Philip is one of the founding directors.
	James McNaught-Davis James McNaught-Davis has over a decade of investment experience in technology venture capital and was a general partner of Advent Venture Partners LLP from 2001 until 2006. James joined WHEB Ventures in mid-2007 and is an active member of the European Venture Capital Association's Venture Capital.
