By helping 1 charity, Pilotlight,
you are supporting over 75 charities in England, Wales and Scotland
which tackle issues such as unemployment, crime, the environment, drug abuse, illiteracy and child abuse.
You will be helping thousands of disadvantaged children, young people, vulnerable adults, cancer patients, ex-offenders and disabled people.
What we do
Pilotlight matches talented business people with charities and manages the relationship - together we coach the charities to become sustainable. For each charity we recruit four business people to coach the directors and trustees for 12 months. Pilotlight provides a project manager to guide the teams through our tried and tested model.
The result
- Within two years of working with us, charities and social enterprises increase their income by an average of 50 per cent.
- Our partner charities reach 107 per cent more people one year after being Pilotlit.
- 85 per cent of the charities say they improve their business skills.
- 73 per cent of business people say they are happier and more fulfilled in the their work after Pilotlighting.
To date, Pilotlight has provided £7.3m of services to more than 288 charities helping 3.3 million people
