Graham Clempson, Chair
Graham Clempson is the founder and managing partner of Quartic Capital, a private equity and credit management business. Graham is also an executive board member of MidOcean Partners which he co-founded in 2003 following a career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Company.
Sam Berwick, Chair of Foundation Board
Sam is the former chief executive of Mizuho International and a founding partner of the alternative investment management firm Caliburn Capital.
Geeta has worked in banking for 20 years, initially with Citigroup and latterly with HBOS plc, across corporate, commercial and retail banking. She has a track record in restructuring businesses as well as private equity investment and trade sale. Geeta also works privately as a consultant to the financial services industry. Her current focus is in the voluntary and social enterprise sectors. In addition to her work for Pilotlight, she sits on the England Executive Committee of the Big Lottery Fund, the largest non-governmental funding body for the voluntary sector.
Scott Greenhalgh, Chair of Evaluation Committee
Scott serves on a number of private company boards and is on the England Committee of the Big Lottery Fund. He was previously in private equity and investment banking.
Kevin is a managing partner at OBMC LLP, an alternative asset advisory and corporate finance business. His background is in turnarounds and finance. Kevin’s hands-on charitable experience includes working in Rwanda during the war in 1994, building an orphanage founded on sustainable agricultural principles.

John Butterworth's background has primarily been in merchant banking for the last 30 years.
Jane French is a managing director at Citigroup, currently heading compliance for Citi Private Finance Bank in EMEA. She is also a trustee of PLAN UK, New College (Oxford) Development Committee and an 'ambassador' for ACE Africa.
Finn has worked in investment banking and private equity for many years, specialising in financial restructuring and strategic change management.
Philip has worked in retail financial services for more than 20 years, in both established businesses and leading entrepreneurial start-ups. He is currently proposition and marketing director for Openwork, one of the UK’s largest financial advice firms.
Garret Turley was the founder director of Pet Doctors, one of the UK's largest veterinary services providers. He is currently a partner at Bridges Ventures.
Andrea Sinclair is an experienced internet entrepreneur and angel investor. Her background is originally in strategy consulting with McKinsey & Company. Since 1999, she has been working in internet start-up businesses. Andrea is now mainly focused on angel investments in technology start-ups, as well as in supporting social entrepreneurs, particularly as a member of the Ashoka Support Network and Pilotlight. She is a Non-Executive Director at Great British Chefs and Loco2.
