Trustee Board

	Graeme Alexander Graeme retired in late 2007 following 15 years as chief executive officer of the international food manufacturing company Devro plc. He is currently involved with a number of organisations in the voluntary sector and is also active in the private equity sector. Graeme served as an officer in the Royal Naval Reserve for over 20 years. His interests are wide and varied but with a particular emphasis on sailing, golf, music and travel.
	Sam Berwick Sam is the former chief executive of Mizuho International and a founding partner of the alternative investment management firm Caliburn Capital.
	Kevin Bone Kevin is a managing partner at OBMC LLP, an alternative asset advisory and corporate finance business. His background is in turnarounds and finance. Kevin’s hands-on charitable experience includes working in Rwanda during the war in 1994, building an orphanage founded on sustainable agricultural principles.
	The Hon. John W. B. Butterworth John Butterworth's background has primarily been in merchant banking for the last 30 years.
	Leo Campbell After 15 years in marketing communications agencies Leo is now a partner in the start-up management consultancy Mason Campbell, which specialises in the financial and professional service industries.
	Graham Clempson Graham Clempson is European managing partner of MidOcean Partners a transatlantic private equity firm.
	Jane French Jane is a managing director of Citigroup. She is currently head of strategy and product development for international investments, a division of Citigroup’s wealth management business. Over a 20 year career at Citigroup, Jane has held a wide variety of roles with strong foundations in the capital markets and derivatives businesses in London and New York.
	Geeta Gopalan Geeta has worked in banking for 18 years, initially with Citigroup and latterly with HBOS Plc, across corporate, commercial and retail banking. She is currently chair, UK and Europe for Monitise Plc and is actively involved in developing business in India and elsewhere.
	Finn Green Finn has worked in investment banking and private equity for many years, specialising in financial restructuring and strategic change management.
	Philip Martin Philip has worked in retail financial services for 20 years, for both established businesses and leading entrepreneurial start-ups. He is currently director of proposition for F&C.

	Paul Murray Paul Murray has 25 years' experience in the energy, media and technology industries. He currently has a portfolio of non-executive directorships, including a recent appointment as audit committee chairman at the Royal Mail.
	John Sanderson John is the director of JFWS Ltd. he is a former City media investment analyst now specialising in advising and acting as chairman or non-executive director of media businesses. John also specialises in developing business models, funding and starting up new media business. He has recently become an adviser to Big Issue Invest’s social enterprise investment fund.
	Richard Thomas (Chair) A former management consultant and Treasury official, Richard is currently a director at a firm of actuaries. He is a chartered occupational psychologist and the patron of a regular annual series of concerts of new classical compositions.
	Garret Turley Garret Turley is founder/director of Pet Doctors, one of the UK's largest veterinary services providers.
