Pilotlight is a dynamic, fast-growing charity with bases in Central London and Edinburgh which uses the skills of the business sector to help small charities and social enterprises to grow. We are currently working with some 55 charities and social enterprises, and engage the skills of around 200 businesses to help small charities and social enterprises to grow. 

Project Manager London, £24k pa, full time, permanent.

The Project Manager guides business professionals and charities through a strategic planning process. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are needed to ensure that our client charities get the most from their relationship with our members. We are looking for a confident, effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, and preferably client-facing experience.

Executive Assistant/Office Manager, London, £22 - £24k pa, full-time, permanent. 

We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our Chief Executive, as well as taking on responsibility for the smooth running of this busy office. This will include managing all aspects of the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, travel arrangements and meetings, as well as engaging with a wide range of key stakeholders. You will also be required to prepare correspondence, communications, and presentations and be responsible for administration relating to Board and Committee meetings and events.

To be considered, you will need to be an outstanding communicator with excellent administration ability, and first-class IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  This is an exceptional opportunity to join a talented and professional team in a genuinely fast-paced environment, where we both recognise and nurture potential.
