Project Manager London, £24,000pa, full time, permanent.

Pilotlight is a unique charity that connects the business and charitable worlds to make both more effective. Through a managed process of coaching and mentoring by teams of our business volunteers (Pilotlighters), we help our charities to develop their strategic knowhow, strengthen their organisations and, ultimately, increase their impact. In 2017 we aim to work with over 600 Pilotlighters to support 145 charities across the UK.

The Project Manager guides the Pilotlighters and charities through a strategic planning process. Excellent facilitation and communication skills are needed to ensure that our client charities get the most from their relationship with our members. We are looking for a confident, effective communicator with excellent organisational skills, and preferably client-facing experience.
