Charlie is a Charity Consultant specialising in facilitation, strategic planning and charity assessment. She has 12 years' experience of supporting small and medium sized charities with their organisational development.
Having started her career as a youth worker, she joined Pilotlight as a Project Manager in 2010, led Pilotlight's Delivery team from 2013 - 2021 and its Charity Experience Team from 2021.She became freelance in 2022 to better juggle family life and is enjoying supporting Pilotlight in a new capacity.
