As organisations and industries evolve rapidly and unpredictably, it’s important to give future leaders the tools and experiences they need to be able to lead effectively.

In association with The People Director Partnership we held a breakfast debate to explore what experiences, support and interventions we can give emerging leaders so they can develop their skills to become ‘complete leaders’ ready for the future workplace.

We were joined by speakers:

  • Nick Creswell, Global Head of Talent at Ørsted,
  • Alice Breeden, Partner and Global Lead of Organisation and Team Acceleration at Heidrick Consulting
  • Jane Drysdale, Pilotlighter and Director of HR at Brunel University London

Richard Goff, Chair of The People Director Partnership chaired the discussion.

Debate ranged widely. Take a look at the three key points that came out of debate.
