Graham Clempson, Chair

Graham Clempson is the founder and managing partner of Quartic Capital, a private equity and credit management business. Graham is also an executive board member of MidOcean Partners which he co-founded in 2003 following a career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust Company.

Scott Greenhalgh

Scott serves on a number of private company boards and is on the England Committee of the Big Lottery Fund. He was previously in private equity and investment banking.

Andrea Sinclair

Andrea Sinclair is an experienced internet entrepreneur and angel investor. Her background is originally in strategy consulting with McKinsey & Company. Since 1999, she has been working in internet start-up businesses. Andrea is now mainly focused on angel investments in technology start-ups, as well as in supporting social entrepreneurs, particularly as a member of the Ashoka Support Network and Pilotlight. She is a Non-Executive Director at Great British Chefs and Loco2.

Kevin Bone

Kevin is a managing partner at OBMC LLP, an alternative asset advisory and corporate finance business. His background is in turnarounds and finance. Kevin’s hands-on charitable experience includes working in Rwanda during the war in 1994, building an orphanage founded on sustainable agricultural principles.

Tina Alexandrou

Tina’s career has been within the financial services industry, both in the UK and internationally. She now works in the Social Sector and is currently a trustee of the Resolution Foundation, Clore Social Leadership Programme and a founding partner of an Ark Primary school in West London.

Philip Martin

Philip has worked in retail financial services for more than 20 years, in both established businesses and leading entrepreneurial start-ups. He is currently proposition and marketing director for Openwork, one of the UK’s largest financial advice firms.

Chris Connelly

Chris works at ICG, an alternative asset manager where he is Director of Operations. Chris has been a Pilotlighter since 2004 and has worked on numerous projects across a range of social issues.

Tulsi Naidu

Tulsi Naidu is Chief Executive Officer for Zurich in the UK. She has over 20 years’ leadership experience, a track record of driving results in a complex business and regulatory environment, and delivering large-scale business transformation. Tulsi is a member of the FCA Practitioner Panel, the ABI Board, the CBI President’s Council and the Advisory Council of CityUK.. She has been a Pilotlighter since 2011.
