Pilotlight Launches 2025 Impact Report: A Record Year of Purposeful Collaboration

Pilotlight has published its 2025 Impact Report revealing a landmark year

Pilotlight has today published its 2025 Impact Report. The report reveals a landmark year in which 1,259 business professionals contributed their skills to 162 charity projects—benefiting over 11 million people across the UK.

This marks a record-breaking period for engagement, with more business participants than ever before joining Pilotlight’s bespoke programmes. These initiatives bring together leaders from different sectors to tackle strategic challenges faced by charities—from governance and leadership to operational delivery.

The model is designed for mutual benefit. Charities gain access to skills and insights they might not otherwise have, while business participants experience real-world learning and a renewed sense of purpose. Pilotlight calls this unique exchange “learning by doing good”.

“This report sets out our impact over the last year, one in which we have engaged and benefited more people than ever. Thank you to everyone who has taken part,” said Alison Forrestal, Chair of Pilotlight.
