Through practical insights and shared experience, we will look at what it takes not only to withstand change, but to use it as a catalyst for building stronger, more resilient organisations. We are delighted to welcome Dame Julia Cleverdon DCVO, CBE as our keynote speaker. Dame Julia became Chair of The National Lottery Community Fund in 2024, having previously chaired Teach First, the National Literacy Trust and Place Matters.
