Grace joined Pilotlight in December 2022 and has a history of delivering positive impact in the third sector. Her experience prior to Pilotlight focused on performance and relationship management in the youth sector, with an emphasis on optimising youth participation via the delivery and recruitment network. She completed a Master’s in Social Research Methods and is passionate about helping non-profit organisations thrive in a changing world.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys road cycling and running and is currently training for the London Marathon.
