ALL FM 96.9 uses radio production training and broadcast to engage those at risk of exclusion in Greater Manchester's communities, to improve skills, challenge isolation and provide a positive medium of expression for those who are least heard. The organisation's ethos is ‘by the community for the community’ and its volunteers present and produce a diverse range of shows. In 2020 ALL FM received the Queens Award for Voluntary Service, to go alongside the Community Radio Station of the Year, which it received at the National Community Radio Awards.
ALL FM 96.9 participated in the Pilotlight Programme. For stories from the programme take a look at the case studies.
