EMERGE 3Rs

Responsible for the operation of Fareshare Greater Manchester and Give and Gain, EMERGE 3Rs is a charity with both an environmental and social purpose. The charity redistributes good-to-eat surplus food to over 250 frontline charity groups and has over 40,000 beneficiaries.

Together with their sister social enterprise, EMERGE Recycling, the charity wants to create a world in which the real 3Rs are second nature, people cherish and innately value resources, nobody goes hungry and food is used for good rather than being wasted.
