RAY Ceredigion

RAY Ceredigion provides weekly activities to improve the health and wellbeing for residents of Ceredigion, a rural county in West Wales, focusing on those that are most vulnerable and disadvantaged including for parents and carers, children, teenagers, young adults with disabilities, older people including those with dementia and their carers, a Repair Cafe, a Men's Shed, a community allotment and outdoor open access play across the county.

It is a registered training centre and offer accredited training across ages and abilities.
