Cardiff City FC Community Foundation

The Cardiff City FC Community Foundation is the official charity of Cardiff City FC. Its goal is to support children, young people and families to achieve their full potential. Its three outcomes are: improved health and wellbeing, improved education and employment opportunities, and reduced offending and reoffending. It works with more than 12,000 people each year across South Wales.
