Zest - Health for Life

Zest is an independent not-for-profit organisation and registered charity. It’s aims are to: • Offer support and opportunity to people living in disadvantaged areas of Leeds • Reduce health inequalities • Reduce social isolation and loneliness • Improve health and wellbeing Zest runs a variety of projects in Leeds communities, operates Jamie’s Ministry of Food Leeds cookery school and is opening a new enterprise, Leeds Cookery School, in September 2017.
