Give back better

Seven out of 10 small and medium sized charities are actively looking for pro bono professional skills to support what they do, but only four out of 10 find it.

That’s where Pilotlight comes in. We specialise in bringing together individuals from the charity and business sectors to amplify the impact charities can have on the world.

How it works

Our most comprehensive programme, Pilotlight 360, sees a charity leader and their board work with a team of four senior business leaders - our Pilotlighters - over 10 months through facilitated monthly meetings, reviewing operations and strategy.

As a Pilotlighter you give around three hours per month, coaching the charity as a team. A Pilotlight Project Manager facilitates meetings and keeps the team focused on the agreed goals.

Outcomes for the charities vary depending on the project, but some of the most commonly reported include an increase in income and reach, more effective staff and boards, and improved confidence and leadership skills for the charity leader.

By becoming a Pilotlighter, you'll join a dynamic and diverse community of like-minded individuals. You also gain access to learning events and the opportunity to connect with peers who share your passion.

Through a suggested annual donation of £1,795, you'll not only support our mission but also embark on a personal journey of transformation. As well as making a meaningful impact on charities, our Pilotlighters report improved coaching skills, professional networks and personal wellbeing.
