Pilotlight is delighted to announce a partnership with AIB Group (UK) p.l.c.
Five senior leaders from AIB will join the Pilotlight 360, where they will work in teams with senior leaders from other businesses (whom we call ‘Pilotlighters’) to coach and mentor the leader of a charity or social enterprise. In the first year of our partnership, AIB will support five charities from across the UK.
AIB Group (UK) p.l.c. trades as Allied Irish Bank (GB) in Great Britain and First Trust Bank in Northern Ireland. Allied Irish Bank (GB) is a niche business bank committed to supporting the growth plans of commercial and corporate businesses. In Northern Ireland, business banking, personal banking and mortgages are offered to their customers through First Trust Bank.
