We are delighted to announce the 13 charities selected in October and November to join our programmes. These include 11 new partner charities and two charities that are continuing their journey with Pilotlight.

All our programmes are committed to developing talent and confidence, so charities create long-term impact. The charities selected support an extensive number of causes including: training pet dogs to assist ability, helping children become more active and improving older people’s lives through creativity. Located throughout the UK, these charities support a wide range of communities.

Mel Whitney-Long, Head of Operations commented:

“I am excited by the number of charities we will be working with in the following months. Through our different programmes, I trust that these charities will have a valuable experience, enabling them to confidently support more beneficiaries in 2020.”

Our 2019 Impact Summary shows, after the Pilotlight 360, 94% of charity CEOs report increased leadership skills and 83% of charity CEOs say they are delivering more effective services.
