Pilotlight is delighted to announce a new partnership with Citi.

Three senior leaders from Citi will participate in the 10-month long Pilotlight 360 and share their business knowledge to aid three different charities to become more efficient, effective and sustainable.

Additionally, another 36 employees from Citi will become Pilotlighters for a day via our Pilotlight Impact Day programme, where they will work together to provide creative solutions for specific challenges a selection of charities are facing.

Whilst offering recommendations to charities, Citi’s Pilotlighters will be developing their leadership skills, accelerating Citi’s mission to create impactful thought leadership and innovation.

Rachael Barber, Head of Community Development, Citi EMEA, said:

“We at Citi are thrilled to be working in partnership with Pilotlight. We believe taking action to create a meaningful and positive change in our communities is central to reaching those most vulnerable. There is an urgent need to narrow the skills and knowledge gap, both for our teams and charities in the UK, to create long-lasting social and economic progress. Working with Pilotlight will accelerate Citi’s commitment to local communities whilst also developing our talent pool.

Bruce McCombie, Deputy Chief Executive at Pilotlight, said:

“I am delighted to welcome Citi to the Pilotlight community. Now, more than ever, we see the need for collaboration between businesses and charities. This partnership with Citi allows us to bridge that gap, to help more charities more effectively.”
