World Kindness Day takes place on Thursday 13 November with the 2025 Pilotlight Summit in London forming a key part of the programme for the day.
This year’s theme, Kindness as a Catalyst, will explore how kindness - often undervalued as a leadership skill - can be a powerful driver of collaboration, connection and change across business, charity and society.

The event - open now for registration - will bring together leaders and changemakers to share real-world stories, practical insights and bold ideas. Together, participants will look at how leading with kindness can unlock potential, strengthen partnerships and drive lasting social impact.
