Grace House North East

Grace House North East is a charity based in Southwick, Sunderland; providing support to disabled children, young people, and their families. The support includes Short Breaks, Counselling for parents, siblings, and the disabled child themselves, whole family activities including outings to local farms and bowling. It also provides a Youth Club for groups of disabled young people; they learn life skills and enjoy fun times together. Another exciting change has been the offer of work experience opportunities for disabled young people; wanting to learn new skills, which will assist them in developing their abilities.
