Lisa Pearce is Chief Executive of Pilotlight, leading the organisation’s mission to unlock the potential of people and purpose-driven organisations working for a better world.
She brings with her more than 20 years’ experience leading teams, transformation and partnerships across sport, social change, and the charity sector. Her career includes leadership roles with British Wheelchair Basketball, London FA, and the International Paralympic Committee, where she championed inclusion, equity, and collaboration at every level.
At Pilotlight, Lisa is steering the 2025–2030 strategy to grow the organisation’s reach and impact through partnership, innovation and learning. She is passionate about creating spaces where people from all sectors can come together, share skills and experiences, and build lasting solutions to social challenges.
