More charities will be announced soon, but if you missed out on applying in July, don’t worry. Pilotlight is opening applications for the next intake for Pilotlight 360 tomorrow (1st November). For more information on applying see here.

Support Manager, Georges Lebreton, says:

“We’re really excited to announce these new Partner Charities for 2017. Working with Pilotlight is a real opportunity for these charities to develop and hone the skills they need to grow and become sustainable, ensuring they not only survive these challenging times, but thrive in the years to come.”

The charities are joining over 550 other organisations who have benefitted from the Pilotlight 360 over the years. After working with Pilotlight, 100% of charity CEOs had increased their strategic vision and 97% had increased their leadership skills. Two years after the Programme charities report they are reaching on average 53% more people and generating 23% more income.

The Programme itself offers 10 – 12 months of facilitated coaching from four volunteer senior business mentors (we call them Pilotlighters), supported by a dedicated Pilotlight Project Manager and is free of charge. Teams meet monthly in our central London office and each project is tailored to the strategic challenges each organisation is facing.
