She is particularly motivated by the challenge of building partnerships that foster meaningful impact, making her transition to the charitable sector a natural step. Excited by Pilotlight’s unique approach to bridging corporate expertise with the non-profit sector, she is eager to apply her skills in stakeholder engagement, event management, and strategic planning to support charities achieve long-term success.
Outside of work, Tiene loves dancing, exploring cuisines, researching and getting creative with DIY projects, including crafting, clothes-making, and formulating homemade body butters and oils.
