ACD's mentoring and enrichment scheme equips students of African and/or Caribbean heritage in London with the tools they need to raise their academic attainment levels, obtain their future career goals and increase their social mobility. We do this through a combination of university residentials, workshops, company visits, and connecting students from state schools with mentors from London's city-based companies.
