Pallion Action Group was set up to improve the living conditions, community facilities, social, educational, and economic opportunities available to people resident within the Pallion/surrounding areas of Sunderland. Its aim is to ensure it delivers a variety of quality, diverse and inclusive support/activities to the highest standard. PAG delivers a wide range of educational, support, advice, social/recreational projects and activities to people of all ages which have proven to have a lasting effect on the local community including:
- Increasing employability of local people
- Improved learning for Y/P
- Enabling young people to access further educational and employment opportunities
- Improving people’s knowledge of financial management.

Pallion Action Group (PAG) was set up initially by local residents to address the lack of services and projects for residents in the area. It has grown over the years and is a well-respected community hub with another two buildings in Sunderland.
