Its work currently focuses on three key project areas:
1. Community based adult education that provides both learning opportunities and a mechanism to promote social connection and cohesion.
2. Employment support that enables local people to access and secure employment while developing skills.
3. Health and wellbeing support that delivers a range of community based interventions enabling clients to make healthy life style choices, and tackle issues such as obesity, chronic pain and social isolation.
All of this work is underpinned by community engagement and development that is delivered through a range of activities, such as a summer festival, and through community venues managed by Reach such as a library.
