SAYiT’s mission is to create an environment that supports the emotional, social and sexual wellbeing of young people, and that empowers LGBT+ young people and those affected by HIV to transform their own lives and that of their peers in Sheffield and South Yorkshire. This is achieved through addressing issues of awareness, developing knowledge and challenging inequality and organisational discrimination.
SAYiT offers 1:1s, group work and project work with young people; LGBT+ and HIV and Sexual Health education sessions for young people; support for schools and youth organisations; awareness raising training for staff and organisational consultancy at a local and national level.
