About Pilotlight:
Pilotlight is a social enterprise that amplifies the impact charities, business and individuals can bring to make a better world. For nearly three decades we have developed thousands of leaders and future leaders for some of the world’s most inspiring businesses including Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft and Deloitte. We’ve helped over 1,000 charities who tackle social disadvantage to ignite change that lasts.
We do it by bringing charities together with business and business experts who can tackle the pressing issues charities are facing. Our immersive learning experiences push people out of their comfort zone, unlock their potential and inspire them to do things differently. We increase the impact of charities by giving them the expertise and resources they need.
As a result, we amplify the good work that’s done in the world.
