Introduction
Thank you for supporting our communities and
charities by participating in our programme. We evaluate our programmes to be
able to report on our work and continuously improve. We also look to gain a
deeper understanding and capture learning and development needs and outcomes.
As part of this, we ask all participants to complete a number of surveys
throughout their engagement with us:
- One at the start of the
programme
- One at the mid-point of the
programme (this survey)
- One at the end of the programme
- And a short follow-up three
months after
Whilst Pilotlight is able to connect your responses
to your contact details so that we can measure project outcomes (responses are
not anonymous), your responses are treated as confidential. Staff at Pilotlight
will be able to see your responses and occasionally, we share data with
external research partners for the purposes of research and evaluation to
improve our services. Any publication of results will be summarised and
anonymised, including quotes.
The exception to this is if your employer has opted
into the Pilotlight Learning and Development framework, in which case your
responses to the questions in the Learning and Development section will be
shared with yourself and your employer. You will know if this is the case
for you.
