Lucy is a facilitator, coach and campaigner at heart, with twenty years’ experience of working with charities, NGOs, social enterprises and small businesses to increase their social impact. She started out working in social care and community development, finding a fascination in learning and development and organisational psychology to help develop high impact social movements. For many years she specialised in the often earnest world of advocacy, policy development and political lobbying, but these days spends most of her time as a facilitator finding ways to help people hold challenging subjects lightly (but with purpose), in the belief that this can help untap creativity and momentum to solve big problems.
