Our 2008 evaluation report is about to be published. The Report shows that several years after working with Pilotight our charities keep on achieving steady growth:
- Two years after working with Pilotlight charities increase the number of people helped by nearly 60%.
- Two years after working with Pilotlight charities show an average 54% growth in turnover. Average annual turnover growth is 36% per year, compared to 5.7% for the UK charity sector as a whole.
We know how much our members feel that Pilotlight benefits them as well as the charities they work with. The Report bears this out showing that 45% of member teams improve their communication and listening skills during their time with Pilotight.
The Report is a testimony to the Pilotight Process and to the members and charities that make it work. A full copy of the Report will be available mid-November.
