Pilotlight Scotland is delighted to announce that a further 3 charities have recently been approved to receive mentoring and business skills coaching from Pilotlight’s teams of business professionals.
Pilotlight Scotland is now looking for additional Pilotlighters to complete our teams of 4 to assist the following Glasgow based charities:
Theatre Nemo - an award winning campaigning Theatre Company and Charity, set up to give a voice to social issues, especially mental health. The basis of the work carried out is drama and art workshops held in the community, hospitals and prisons. Theatre Nemo actively encourages people with mental health problems and families to take part in drama and other areas of performance. The concept at the heart of the workshops is to have fun, build confidence and develop communication skills.
Geeza Break - is a voluntary organisation providing respite and support services to families who meet their referral criteria. The service is intended to be a short term flexible support offered to families experiencing stress, crisis or isolation.
Lanarkshire Association for Mental Health - is a voluntary organisation and recognised charity. They have been in existence since 1983 and specialise in providing needs led support services to people with mental health problems.
