Pilotlight has an impressive track record of helping small charities effectively. Over the years we have built up a picture of which charities will most benefit from our process.
We work with organisations with a turnover of less than £3m who help disadvantaged people or are working in the environment in the UK and are willing to work in partnership with a team of senior business people with a range of strategic skills to develop a plan for growth and greater impact. Our in-house team of Project Managers facilitate a series of meetings where the ‘Pilotlighters’ coach charity managers to acquire the skills and tools they need to make their organisation thrive. These meetings mean that charities must be willing to travel to London, Edinburgh or Glasgow for meetings approximately once a month.
