As you know, Pilotlight has set itself an ambitious target to double the number of charities and social enterprises we support by 2012.
Pilotlight is privileged to have the most amazing resource available in terms of the calibre and expertise of our Pilotlighters and Corporate Partners. We want to ensure that our stakeholders join us on our challenging journey and work with us to drive forward our development, so we have come up with the idea of 'Pilotlighting' Pilotlight.
Our proposals for development centre on our holistic approach to both CSR and HR, and the creation of new products and services. During the last quarter, we have invited those with expert skills to critique and inform our proposals.
We were delighted by the fantastic feedback we received on our current offer and what is considered to be Pilotlight’s unique selling point and ethos. The highlights focused on our professionalism, the value of our project management and the tangible impact on both leadership development and philanthropic outcomes.
New products and services
During the course of the year we will be looking to offer the following: a corporate partnership agreement, tailored CSR and community programmes, Pilotlighter self-assessment tools and CPD certification, executive coaching, fellowship and alumni programmes, outplacement and retirement, corporate graduate programmes and Pilotlight events.

Finally, our Pilotlighters are by far our best advocates, and in order for us to achieve our vision we need your help! We need to recruit more Pilotlighters, corporate partners and partner charities and social enterprises, and we need to raise our profile through networking with professional, public and voluntary associations and PR opportunities.
