Recruiting the recruiters

Recruitment International magazine talks to Pilotlight’s chief executive Fiona Halton about what she looks for in prospective Pilotlighters, and why senior business people in recruitment fit the bill.

Fiona feels that those working in the recruitment industry are particularly
well-suited to becoming Pilotlighters. ‘The skills they shine at include
negotiation and understanding people and companies, so they have good
people skills; as well as selling and coaching. All these skills are needed at Pilotlight and are ones that we nurture.
