RBS graduate George Moore considers what to look out for when it comes to corporate social responsibility options. He recommends asking the organisation about its schemes and how much time you actually spend with the charities; looking for schemes where you use your skills and have the chance to learn new ones; finding out if companies are connected to the causes you’re really passionate about; and asking whether they know if their CSR really does benefit charities.
