By opening applications for support from us today, we’re hoping to find even more charities who can benefit from our programmes.”
These charities are joining over 600 other organisations who have benefitted from the Pilotlight 360 in the 15 years since the programme started. After working with Pilotlight, 98% of charity CEOs said they had increased confidence in their role and 93% had increased their leadership skills. Two years after the programme charities report they are reaching on average 52% more people and generating 36% more income.
The Pilotlight 360 itself offers 10 months of facilitated coaching from four volunteer senior business mentors (we call them Pilotlighters), supported by a dedicated Pilotlight Project Manager and is free of charge. Teams meet monthly in our office and each project is tailored to the strategic challenges each organisation is facing.
