Pilotlight is delighted to announce a partnership with Ipsos MORI.

Six senior leaders will take part in the Pilotlight 360 over the year, joining small teams of Pilotlighters drawn from a range of backgrounds to coach and mentor the leader of a charity or social enterprise. Three have already been matched with small charities, with three more to start the programme in January.

Ipsos MORI is a market research company focused on providing accurate, relevant and actionable information to clients in order to offer a true understanding of society, markets and people.

Claire Timmins, HR Director at Ipsos MORI, said, “We’re excited to partner with Pilotlight to improve and enhance our development for senior leaders, whilst creating lasting impact for charities. The programme was recommended to us by a trusted colleague and we’ve had an excellent customer experience so far. We look forward to seeing the outcomes.”

Gillian Murray, Chief Executive at Pilotlight, said, “It’s wonderful to welcome Ipsos MORI as a new partner, bringing real value to the charities we support through the skills and experiences of their senior leaders.”
