Pilotlight is delighted to announce a new partnership with Redgate.
Redgate is the leading provider of software solutions for developers and data professionals. Four Senior Leaders from Redgate will be participating in our 10-month long Pilotlight Programme offering strategic support to leaders of small charities.
Simon Galbraith, CEO and co-founder of Redgate, first joined Pilotlight as Pilotlighter in 2019. After his experience working with YMCA Humber, he was interested to involve other senior leaders from Redgate with Pilotlight.
Linda Holland, Head of People Team at Redgate, said:
“Giving something back is an important part of Redgate’s ethos and we even have our own ‘Give Something Back’ team who coordinate Redgate’s charity activities. So, we are delighted to be working in partnership with Pilotlight to provide business support to UK charities through what is an especially challenging time as a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic. This unique and mutually enriching opportunity allows our senior leadership to share their knowledge, skills and enthusiasm while developing and expanding upon their own coaching and problem-solving skills to help charities solve real organisational issues.”
Bruce McCombie, Deputy Chief Executive at Pilotlight, noted:
“It’s a pleasure to welcome Redgate to our community of purpose. We know these are especially trying times for charities and their beneficiaries. I’m sure the Redgate Pilotlighters will bring an amazing set of skills and breadth of experiences, which will help propel the organisations they support.”
