Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a charity on its digital transformation journey?

About Pilotlight:

Pilotlight is a charity that amplifies the impact charities, business and individuals can bring to make a better world. Since 1996, we’ve helped over 1,000 charities who tackle social disadvantage to ignite change that lasts.

We do it by bringing charities together with business and business experts who can tackle the pressing issues charities are facing. We manage the relationship between business and charities to maximise the impact they bring. We increase the impact of individuals by bringing them new experiences, perspectives and learning.  We increase the impact of organisations by exposing their talent to new situations and challenges. We increase the impact of charities by giving them the expertise and resources they need.

As a result, we amplify the good work that’s done in the world.

About the role:

As Systems & IT Manager, you will take a leading role not only in ensuring that our IT platforms and systems are fit-for-purpose on a day-to-day basis, but also in continuously developing, adapting and improving them in order for us to grow and scale the organisation in line with our strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work with them to further develop our technology roadmap and identify areas for development as well as working across teams to understand priorities and support them to implement solutions.

You will act as a Salesforce Manager helping us to finalise the first phase of our upgrade project and look to continuously strengthen the way we use it to support our operations, how it integrates with other systems and to provide effective stakeholder and data management.

The ideal candidate will have worked in similar role, providing leadership in introducing and managing technology solutions and systems. A strong ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues and stakeholders is essential to succeeding in this position.
