Surrey Independent Living Council (SILC) is a Surrey wide charity that support disabled people, older people, parents of disabled children, carers and people with long term health conditions. It has been operating since 1997 and provides a range of services all aimed at enabling people to live independently and to have their voices heard.
In 2016 SILC participated in the Pilotlight Programme. In 2019 SILC continued its journey with us and is participating in the Unlocking Insights Programme (a programme we run in partnership with Barclays). For more on this programme please read our case studies.
