Kate joined Pilotlight in August 2022 after independently designing and delivering a six-month programme to support small businesses in Lambeth recover and thrive post-Covid. Kate's career in Project Management has varied from design studios, to corporate wellbeing and affordable workspaces, but she has had a passion for social enterprise and the social impact sector for well over five years.
Whilst being furloughed in March 2020, Kate used the time to build on her knowledge of the social impact space and underwent a postgraduate credential in Sustainability & Development and completed a Level 2 qualification in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion. Kate also previously completed a course in Social Entrepreneurship with Oxford University's Department of Continuing Education.
