In just one day, staff at Paragon Customer Communications worked together on a variety of challenges charity Kids Run Free faces with their marketing and communications, providing recommendations to help them move forward.
In a show of confidence, small charity leaders are expecting to help more people, build business relationships and address diversity issues in 2020. This is in contrast to an ongoing backdrop of change and uncertainty.

We started a conversation about collaboration two years ago, and have taken some positive steps since then, such as working with other charities in our space, and trialling the Pilotlight 360 with charities which are in the process of merging, or building consortia. We’ve learned that these things take time and have grappled with keeping collaboration, which doesn’t have often tangible, short-term gains, constantly on the agenda.
