Leicester LGBT Centre delivers a plethora of services to the LGBT+ community in Leicestershire to combat the social isolation, exclusion and discrimination that LGBT people face.

Leicester LGBT Centre is in its 41st year, it started as a helpline operating from someone’s lounge and in 2011 was registered as a charity. Today the centre delivers a plethora of services to the LGBT+ community in Leicestershire to combat the social isolation, exclusion and discrimination that LGBT people face. Services include: information and advice, counselling, support groups, advocacy, training and consultancy.
The Centre is always keen to serve the emerging needs of its community and as a result has developed specific projects including The Young Transgender Centre of Excellence and The Adult Trans Project.
