The Jericho Foundation support marginalised individuals from across Birmingham, to become fulfilled, skilled and employed. Through its nine Social Enterprises, Jericho offers supported employment, apprenticeships and volunteering opportunities, alongside skills training, mentoring and personal development. They have specific expertise in supporting young people with complex needs, ex-offenders and more recently, survivors of modern slavery. Since 1993, it has supported over 7,000 individuals, and over 70% of beneficiaries find sustainable employment and economic independence.
